The WAGNERTUNING high-Perf. intercooler has got a new Comp. core (Tube Fin) z the dimensions 600 mm x 167 [101] mm x 125 [90] mm [stepped] / 23,6 Inch x 6,6 [4] Inch x 4,9 [3,5] Inch [stepped], which was developed especially the requirements of the VW Polo GTI. This high-Perf. core offers an 24 % larger frontal surface and 73 % more core volume compared to the stock intercooler.

The aluminum cast endtanks were designed in CAD and optimized in CFD simulations (for an ideal internal airflow). The result is a excellent cooling property z a minimal back pressure. The newly developed Comp. high-Perf. core is very light and provides the adjoining components (for example the watercooler) enough air flow. That`s why this is perfect racing use. An optimal cooling effect of the charged air z a significant increase in Perf.!
