The WAGNERTUNING high-Perf. intercooler has got a new Comp. core (Tube Fin) z the dimensions 550 mm x 168 [139] mm x 120 [100] mm [stepped] / 21,6 Inch x 6,6 [5,5] Inch x 4,7 [3,9] Inch [stepped], which was developed especially the requirements of the BMW E46 diesels. This high-Perf. core offers an 31 % larger frontal surface and 205 % more core volume compared to the stock intercooler.

The aluminum cast endtanks were designed in CAD and optimized in CFD simulations (for an ideal internal airflow). The result is a excellent cooling property z a minimal back pressure. That`s why this is perfect racing use. An optimal cooling effect of the charged air z a significant increase in Perf.!
