The Comp. Intercooler has the following core size (550mm x 240mm x 90mm= 11.830cm³) , providing 132% more volume compared to the stock mounted intercooler. Ourers have increased the intercooler core size and efficiency, as well as improving the end tank design to remove any OEM bottlenecks, resulting in increased flow rating and charge cooling properties. This intercooler uses our award winning WAGNERTUNING Comp. intercooler core which is made specifically this application. Constructed of the highest quality Tube and Fin intercooler cores z inside turbulators combined z cast aluminum endtanks optimized by CFD best possible internal airflow. z the help of additional air guides, inside inlet, an uniform filling of the intercooler is provided. The result is excellent cooling properties and a lot less pressure drop then the stock intercooler. Despite of it´s size the weight of the complete intercooler is only 7,5kg. The inlets and outlets of the intercooler have been increased to Ø 65mm, so this comes z reinforced silicone hoses. This Intercooler is the best choice when it comes to Perf. gains and low intake temperatures and also the right thing racing. All of our intercooler use an anti corrosion protective powłoka z perfect thermal heat dissapating character. Optimal cooling z clearly more power. is ready installation, 100% perfect fit.
